During the designing we make a choice for either a single or multiple moulds.
Collaboration with our clients usually
begins with the start of a developmental project or an idea for a new
or adjusted product. In one case, ideas are made clear in a simple
sketch and in another case, with a worked out product drawing. We
handle that creatively and we always work towards an optimal solution.
This all happens in the shape of a good
product that can be produced efficiently in a synthetic material type
that meets your demands and on top of that, which is practical in use.
If desired, we can make a stereo lithography, so that you can judge
your product in the flesh before the build of the mould begins. For
complex products, there is a possibility to build so-called low cost
test moulds.
A mould is an obvious necessity for every
injection mould. With CAD/CAM software a detailed drawing of your
product is made, where after the mould is made. During the designing we
make a choice for either a single or multiple moulds based on reduction
prognoses. The building of the mould is done under our supervision. If
the tool maker is ready and the mould has gotten approval from
engineering, it is then handed over to the injection moulder to test it.
The mould is set into the machine, where
the settings are then determined and recorded. Then, a first test
series is produced and measured. The test series is put to the approval
of the customer together with the results of the different measurements.
As soon as the customer gives their approval production can be started.
