Injection moulds can be expensive to make, depending on their complexity, but because of the large number of products which must be produced, the bulk price can stay low which makes the product become economically interesting. The size of the mould is determined by the shape and the dimensions of the product. Besides that, the tolerances, the call-off quantity, the capacity and dimensions of the available injection moulding machine is of importance. The design of injection moulds is a skill of its own. During the designing of the mould attention is paid to the shape of the product and to the properties of the synthetic material which is to be used, namely, to thwart signs of shrinkage and the related distortions. Furthermore, attention must be paid to the properties and the size of the injection moulding machine and the demands made to realized the planned production capacity. Because approximately half of the cycle consists of cooling the synthetic material, most of the attention is paid to this. The designing of injection moulds is, therefore, a process where quality, speed and cost price form the most important parameters.

They are represented worldwide in The Netherlands, Lithuania and China, among others. To be able to test complex products or product assemblies, we offer the opportunity to build low-cost test moulds. In behalf of production and/or assembly automation, the mould manufacturer can fabricate the necessary parts to build peripheral equipment and assembly units together with our technical team. Mould production overseas can deliver a substantial saving on costs, given that it is done in the right way. Because we are known to a number of large tool manufacturers in foreign countries, projects can be taken to a tool manufacturer who can meet the demands and wishes of the customer.

 

By working with mould specialists who are constantly present on location, the project planning and the quality of the mould is guaranteed. They take care of measure reports and they make weekly progress reports.
